Payment methods

You tickets have been reserved. Please make the payment of pounds by following methods in 4 days , otherwise your reservation will be cancelled. We will issue your ticket(s) as soon as we receive the payment.

1. By cheque via UMS or Royal Mail (The most recommended way)
Note: The last day for payment by cheque sent in the post or via UMS is Wednesday

The cheque should be written clearly with the correct amount payable to 'CU Chinese Orchestra'. Please print your name, email address and college (or address) at the back of the cheque.

2. Purchase directly from committee members

You can buy your tickets from our ticketing officer J. Chen (cucosticketing@gmail.com) or other committee members in person.

3. Transfer money into our bank account
Note: The last day for payment by online transfer is Friday

Please email our ticketing officer J. Chen (cucosticketing@gmail.com) your account name, date of transaction and the amount transferred. (The most recommended way if you are not from the University of Cambridge.)

4. For schools and foundation colleges at Cambridge

If you are in a school or a foundation college at Cambridge, we may come to your institution deliver the tickets to your school in person free of charge. In such circumstances, you can pay by cash. Please specify your name, your school, number of tickets and prefered time to pick up your ticket in your email to our ticketing officer J. Chen (cucosticketing@gmail.com)

* The last day for payment by cheque sent in the post or via UMS is Wednesday. The last day for payment by online transfer is Friday. If you cannot make this deadline, tickets will be available for purchase on the door. For all payments (cheque and online transfer) made from Monday 22nd February onwards, please send an email with your name, postal address, date of payment and amount paid to cucosticketing@gmail.com. We will try to send tickets in the post where possible, otherwise we will email you a ticket reference number. Please bring this with you to the concert to exchange your tickets on the door.
